We specialize in professional business consultation, company registration assistance, intellectual property filing (trademark), and tax advisory compliance. We facilitate necessary filings with government agencies like the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR) and Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you guarantee that all information, documents, citizenship records, and proposed company details you upload are legally valid, genuine, and correct. Bridge Advisory shall not be held liable for delayed registration or government penalties arising from inaccurate documentation.
4. Payments & Refunds
Our professional service fees and necessary government levies are to be paid in accordance with the invoice provided. Government application processing outcomes are within the sole discretion of the government registrar, and service fees for processed applications are non-refundable.
